Terry and Wayne D'Arco, owners of Precious Portraits, started in photography as hobbyists. Their love for photography developed over the years into a business. Precious Portraits opened in Goldsboro, North Carolina in 1984. In 1995, the second location was opened in New Bern, North Carolina.
